Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of Inpacific’s website, mobile access points, and educational services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Inpacific delivers IT and non-IT educational content through live classes, recorded lectures, study materials, mock tests, and placement assistance. The services are intended solely for enrolled individuals and must not be redistributed or used for any commercial or public broadcasting purposes.

By registering on our platform, you commit to providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized access or usage of another user’s account is strictly prohibited. All content including video lectures, documents, notes, and resources are the intellectual property of Inpacific. While users are allowed to access the content for their personal learning, re-uploading, sharing, or reselling it in any format is not permitted.

We may record live classes and keep participants’ cameras on for the sake of engagement and attendance tracking. Additionally, we may use participant feedback, testimonials, academic ranks, and images or video snapshots for promotional or marketing purposes both online and offline, without separate written consent.

Any misuse of our services or violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account. Disputes arising from the use of our platform will be governed under the jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.

 

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. All purchases made on Inpacific for online courses, materials, or services are considered final. However, if you choose to cancel your registration within seven (7) days of purchase, a refund will be processed after deducting a non-refundable registration fee. If you mistakenly enroll in the wrong course batch, we allow one-time switching to a batch of equivalent value within ten (10) days from the date of purchase.

Please note, we do not offer any physical books or printed study materials. All learning resources are provided in digital/soft copy format only, accessible via your registered account. Therefore, there is no provision for returning physical goods.

All refund requests should be directed to support@inpacific.in and are processed within a reasonable timeline subject to internal verification.

 

Consent for Marketing, Testimonials, and Class Recordings

By enrolling in any course or interacting with Inpacific’s platform, you give us permission to contact you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone for transactional and promotional purposes. You also consent to the use of your name, feedback, testimonials, academic results or ranks, photographs, and classroom images (recorded or captured) for promotional or advertising use across various online and offline channels. We will not share your data with unauthorized parties, and any such use will be handled respectfully and responsibly.
